Earlier development build. This page describes the app as it was on 19 October 2026. The app has since been rebuilt, so parts of it are out of date. The home page describes the current version.
Coach
Ask in plain language to change your availability. The coach proposes the change and waits for your confirmation.
You can type requests like “add gym to my schedule tomorrow”. The app turns the request into a specific change, shows you exactly what will change, and applies it only after you confirm.
A language model is used only to understand loose text and to write wording. Exercises, sets, reps, rest, loads and session length are decided by deterministic code, not by the model.
Limitations
- Without an account, or when the service is not reachable, the coach handles a small set of offline commands only.
- Conversation with the language model needs a signed-in account and has not been verified end to end.
- The coach cannot reschedule workouts. It edits availability blocks.
- It is not medical or nutrition advice.
Platforms: Web build, Android.
Last checked: 2026-10-19.
What that means: Request validation and command routing covered by unit tests; offline mode seen in the web build. The model-backed path is not verified.
