Scope and status
These draft terms are for the Pacewoven mobile app. The website has separate terms. They have not been approved by the owner or reviewed by a lawyer, and nothing here is a binding agreement until the owner approves it and sets an effective date.

Eligibility and accounts
The app is intended for people aged 14 and over. Minimum age by region and guardian rules: owner and legal reviewer to decide
You can use some features as a guest. An account needs an email address and password. Keep your credentials secure and tell us if you suspect misuse.
Wellness purpose, not medical advice
Pacewoven is a training and logging tool. It is not a medical device or service and does not give medical, dietary or therapeutic advice. Check with a qualified professional before starting exercise, especially if you have a health condition or injury. Stop if something hurts.
Session adjustments are made by deterministic rules and cannot account for how you feel or your circumstances. You decide what to do.
AI features
The coach uses a language model to interpret text and write replies. It can be wrong. Changes it proposes are shown to you and applied only when you confirm. Replies are not professional advice.
Using the app
You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you train. Do not misuse the service, including by attempting to bypass rate limits or security, access other people’s data, or interfere with its operation.
Third-party services
The app relies on services such as Supabase, AI model providers (including Groq for meal suggestions), and on your operating system’s health and calendar features. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
Payments
The current app build contains no payments or subscriptions. If paid plans are added: pricing, renewals, refunds and store terms to be written by the owner
Availability, changes and ending use
The app is in development and may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. You can stop using it at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Termination, liability limits, disclaimers and consumer-law notices: legal reviewer to complete
