This notice covers this marketing website only. The mobile app has its own notice. This is a draft that has not been approved by the owner or reviewed by a lawyer.

What the site collects

Apart from the waitlist (next section), the site has no accounts, comments, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from the site itself.

The site does not set its own cookies and does not store anything in your browser. When the waitlist is switched on, a Cloudflare Turnstile check loads on the page and may use its own browser storage to tell people from bots; see below.

If you email us, we receive your email address and message, and use them only to reply. Owner to confirm handling of support mail

The launch waitlist

Status: the waitlist is open.

What we collect: your email address, and whether you want Android, iOS or both. Purpose: to send you Pacewoven launch updates for the platform you chose, and for nothing else. We do not add you to any other marketing list.

How it works: your browser sends the form to a small Cloudflare Worker on this site. The Worker checks the request and verifies a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge; for that check it sends Cloudflare the challenge token and your IP address. It then sends your email address to MailerLite, our email service, and adds it to an Android group, an iOS group, or both. The Worker itself stores nothing and does not log your address.

Confirmation: MailerLite sends one email asking you to confirm. Until you click the link you are unconfirmed and get no other email from us. How long unconfirmed addresses are kept before deletion: owner to decide

Recipients: Cloudflare (hosting, the Worker and Turnstile) and MailerLite (list storage and email delivery). MailerLite may record when and from where you confirm, and may record opens and clicks of our emails depending on its settings. Unsubscribe and deletion: every update email has an unsubscribe link, which stops further emails; MailerLite keeps the unsubscribed address so that it is not emailed again. To have your address deleted entirely, email pacewoven@gmail.com and we will remove it from MailerLite by hand. Response time for deletion requests: owner to decide

This waitlist is separate from the Pacewoven app. Joining it does not create an app account.

Hosting logs

The site is intended to be hosted on Cloudflare. Like any host, it processes technical request data such as IP address, requested page and browser type to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare log and analytics settings, and retention: owner to confirm after deployment
