Earlier development build. This page describes the app as it was on 19 October 2026. The app has since been rebuilt, so parts of it are out of date. The home page describes the current version.
Sessions that fit your time
Tell the app how much time you have and it proposes a shorter version of today’s session, with a plain-language reason.
Your saved routine is the original. When the time you have is shorter than the routine, the app proposes an adjusted version. Nothing changes until you accept it, and your saved routine stays exactly as it is.
The adjustment is computed by deterministic rules in the app, not by a language model. The same inputs give the same result, and it works with no network connection.
The review sheet shows the original and adjusted durations side by side, a one-sentence reason, and each change, such as a set removed from an exercise.
The time you have can come from the availability blocks you set in Schedule. On Android you can optionally let the app read your calendar so calendar events are subtracted from those blocks.
Limitations
- It reshapes today’s session only. It does not move a workout to another day.
- Calendar-aware time uses read-only calendar access and has not been verified on a physical device. Travel time is not modelled.
- The adjustment changes sets and exercises it can safely trim. It cannot add time to a session.
Platforms: Web build, Android.

What that means: Solver unit tests in packages/core pass; the Today and review screens were exercised in the web build with synthetic sample data. Not run on a physical phone or with a signed-in account.
