Earlier development build. This page describes the app as it was on 19 October 2026. The app has since been rebuilt, so parts of it are out of date. The home page describes the current version.
Workout logging and rest timer
Log each set with one tap, edit reps and weight, rest with an on-screen timer, and keep a record on your phone.
The active workout screen shows the current exercise and set in large numerals with one Complete set button. Reps and weight can be edited, exercises can be replaced, and notes can be added.
After each set the rest timer counts down in a ring, with plus or minus 15 seconds and skip. Optional sound and haptic cues can be switched off in settings.
When a workout finishes, the app keeps the history and detects personal bests, including estimated one-rep max, on the phone. You can export your whole log as a CSV file from the Log screen.
Limitations
- Cloud sync of sessions needs an account and has not been verified against a live backend.
- Sound cues and haptics are not captured in screenshots and were not verified on every device.
Platforms: Web build, Android.

What that means: Records and progression logic covered by packages/core unit tests; the workout and rest screens were exercised in the web build with sample data.
